I needed an air switch with a longer shaft to fit a thicker than normal countertop. I had called in to confirm the length before ordering, and it fit perfectly. The air switch module has a very sturdy heft to it, and feels like a top-quality component. Build quality seems much sturdier than standard Insinkerator models at Home Depot or Lowes. Installation was quick and easy, although I did have to call in to confirm the order of the two washers that were on the shaft since instructions did not provide that info. That is why I gave average rating for Setup. No problem - customer service at Westbrass gave me directions with one quick call. All in all unit works very well. Button responds immediately for easy on and off of disposal. Could not be more pleased with this purchase.
