Had the faucet and hot water tank only for a week, and so far works well with no problems. Seems very well constructed, solid, silky smooth valve mechanism, and the stainless finish very closely matches our main KWC faucet. Pricey compared to Insinkerator hot-taps, but I felt the Waterstone's style, construction, and finish was way better, so rated its value as excellent.
